FITNESS, FUN, AND JUDO FOR ANY EXPERIENCE LEVEL

Junior Class
Ages 10-14 / Fridays 4:30 - 5:30 pm
Age​s 7-9 may join with a parent participating on the mat

Classes include:

  • How to fall safely (breakfalls in multiple directions)
  • Judo skills (throwing in multiple directions, combinations, groundwork transitions) 
  • Physical skil​ls (develop fitness and coordination)
  • Focus, self-discipline, and calm under pressure
  • Teamwork and leadership skills (with experience, a student may run a warmup or demonstrate a technique)

Senior Class
Ages 15+/Adult / Fridays 5:30 - 7:00 pm

Classes include:

  • How to fall safely
  • Improving fitness
  • Range of judo skills
  • Self-defence skills
  • Judo strategies

IMPORTANT FEE INFORMATION:

Judo BC Membership is required for insurance. The annual cost is $95 per participant and is valid through August 31, 2026. While registering with Judo BC please ensure you read and sign the waiver agreement.
Judo Gi is available for purchase through the instructors.
